Job Description

Position: Finance Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Professional Accounting qualification such as CA or CPA is desirable.
3. 3 – 5 years’ experience in handling accounting/finance in a Corporate background.
4. Experience in collaborating and managing a team.
5. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
6. Good knowledge of Accounting software, specifically Tally and Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Analyze financial reports and forecasts.

2. Team Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

3. Qualification and Certification:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possess a professional Accounting qualification such as CA or CPA (desirable).

4. Experience:
- Bring 3 – 5 years’ experience in handling accounting/finance within a Corporate setting.

5. Software Proficiency:
- Demonstrated experience with Accounting software, specifically Tally and Odoo.
