Job Title: Reservation Agent


Job Description:
Accor, a worldwide leader in hospitality, invites you to be part of a dynamic and diverse team. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional and friendly service to guests. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the best selection for guests, maximizing revenue through up-selling, recommending property facilities, and assisting guests with information and special requests. Additionally, you will handle room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service.
2. Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property facilities.
3. Book room reservation requests and enter rooming lists accurately.
4. Follow up the administration of reservations thoroughly to facilitate check-in operations.
5. Transform requests for information into potential reservations opportunistically.
6. Present the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to customers, adapting the sales pitch to each customer.
7. Handle reservations following defined processes, entering details precisely, and confirming reservations.
8. Communicate and cooperate with other hotel departments.
9. Help optimize occupancy and average room rates, respecting pricing policies.
10. Implement Revenue Management policy.

Commercial / Sales:
- Provide answers adapted to customers' needs, considering accommodation possibilities.
- Rapidly identify new customers and modify the sales pitch accordingly.
- Inform customers about hotel services and encourage use.
- Familiarity with the local area, including competition.
- Contribute to synergy within the marketplace by promoting inter-hotel coordination.
- Ensure the hotel's pricing policy and sales pitches are applied to optimize REVPAR.
- Promote the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to guests.
- Work towards attaining department quantity targets.

Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment:
- Ensure a clean and tidy workplace.
- Know and ensure the application of hotel security regulations.
- Ensure the safety of people and property in the hotel.
- Respect the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter."

Qualifications:
- Guest-focused personality is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
