- Proactively monitoring and restocking baked goods inventory, promptly addressing low stock situations.
- Diligently tracking ingredient expiry dates and ensuring the freshness of products.
- Efficiently processing customer orders using the cash register system.
- Advising customers on available or new bakery products, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the menu.
- Performing preparation tasks for daily bakery operations in adherence to quality standards.
- Strictly following company policies and procedures to uphold operational integrity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet hygiene and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a bakery setting.
