Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the heavy lift industry.
- Market Identification: Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into performance and market conditions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Product Knowledge: Provide expert knowledge on lift solutions, addressing client inquiries and assisting in selecting the most suitable products.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to lifts and elevators.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Professionalism: Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the heavy lift or freight sales industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Good command of English and French.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical details and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
