Job Title: UI Database and BI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse and BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data warehousing, BI tools, reporting, and UI development. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse systems while creating effective business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Warehousing:
- Design, develop, and maintain the architecture of data warehouse systems.
- Integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Implement data modeling techniques to support reporting and analytics.
- Optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data extraction, loading, and transformation.

Business Intelligence:
- Develop and maintain BI tools and dashboards to address various business needs.
- Create complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
- Design and implement reporting solutions that offer actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver suitable solutions.

UI Development:
- Design and develop user interfaces for BI tools and reporting platforms.
- Ensure that UI/UX of reporting tools is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Use front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance BI tool usability.

Data Analysis:
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed by different departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT, business analysts, and management teams.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows.
- Offer training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data warehousing, BI tools, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for UI development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
