Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

The Senior Internal Auditor assists in the execution of the Internal Audit Plan approved by the Audit Committee. This role involves developing audit programs, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing detailed reports, and providing recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

- Audit Program Development:
- Develop audit programs and Internal Control Questionnaires for each audit assignment before the audit commences.

- Internal Audits:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and performance across all business processes and segments.
- Review approval processes to ensure compliance with Group policies, procedures, and delegations of authority.

- Reporting:
- Prepare professional audit reports that clearly communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations.
- Provide actionable insights for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.

- Compliance and Improvement:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and auditing standards.
- Suggest improvements to internal controls and processes based on audit findings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications:
- CPA, ACA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CIA.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is required.

- Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of internal controls and generally accepted internal auditing standards.
- Exposure to ERP software such as MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle is highly desirable.
