Job Description

Position: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential real estate clients, presenting properties and services with persuasive communication.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning, identifying client needs and financial capabilities to tailor offerings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date for follow-ups.
- Sales Scripts & Pitches: Develop sales scripts and pitches that resonate with target demographics, enhancing the likelihood of successful conversions.
- Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that align with telesales efforts and drive lead generation.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant information that enhances their decision-making.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule property viewings and follow-up appointments, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and property agents.
- Negotiation & Sales Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales, guiding clients through the process with confidence and expertise.
- Professional Development: Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated on real estate regulations, market changes, and sales techniques.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, fostering long-term relationships and generating referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales strategies.
- Experience: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus for diverse client interactions and expanding market reach.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing productivity and organization.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
- Pressure Management: Ability to perform well under pressure, managing multiple leads and deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Motivation & Goal Orientation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving sales and achieving results.
- Market Knowledge: Sound knowledge of real estate market dynamics, enabling informed discussions with clients about properties and trends.
- Flexibility: Physical ability to conduct property viewings and travel to client locations as needed, ensuring flexibility in meeting client demands.
