Job Title: Document Controller We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain all project-related documents efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with expertise in handling documentation processes, archiving, and supporting project management tasks. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Manage and handle all transmittal, drafts, and official project documents on a daily basis. - Oversee the archiving process to ensure all documents are stored correctly and are easily retrievable. - Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. - Extensive experience in the engineering and construction field. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent command of the English language. - Strong communication skills. - Must hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.

Job Title: QC Piping Inspector The QC Piping Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of piping systems in industrial projects, including oil and gas production and petrochemical projects. This role involves performing inspections and testing in accordance with engineering codes and standards, as well as verifying contractor compliance with contract requirements. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Inspection &amp; Testing: - Conduct QC inspections and testing of piping systems and related materials to ensure compliance with engineering codes and standards (e.g., ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8; ASME BPVC Sections V and IX; AWS D1.1). - Verify that welding and testing procedures meet specified requirements. - Perform document reviews and inspections with minimal supervision. - Compliance &amp; Documentation: - Ensure that all inspection and testing activities adhere to ISO 9001 QMS requirements and other relevant engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, and construction methods. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance. - Knowledge &amp; Application: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of engineering codes and standards, including ISO 9001 QMS and inspection procedures in one or more disciplines. - Apply knowledge of engineering discipline drawings and QC inspection and test procedures effectively. - Communication: - Provide clear documentation and reports on inspection and testing results. - Communicate effectively with contractors and other project stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure project standards are met. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience &amp; Education: - High school diploma with at least six (6) years of direct work experience in QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials, equipment, systems, and facilities under construction and pre-commissioning. - Previous experience or Aramco approval in piping projects is advantageous. - CBT (Certified Business Technician) pass exam is a plus. - Skills &amp; Qualifications: - Demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards relevant to the scope of work. - Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Inspection &amp; Testing: - Perform QC inspections and testing related to welding activities, ensuring compliance with engineering codes and standards (e.g., ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8; ASME BPVC Sections V and IX; API 620, API 650; AWS D1.1). - Conduct thorough reviews of documents, inspection reports, and test results to verify contractor compliance. - Compliance &amp; Documentation: - Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance. - Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. - Knowledge &amp; Application: - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of welding processes, codes, and standards. - Work independently with minimal supervision, performing a variety of inspections and testing functions. - Communication: - Provide clear and comprehensive documentation and reports on inspection and testing results. - Communicate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure project standards are met. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience &amp; Education: - High school diploma with at least six (6) years of direct work experience in QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials, equipment, systems, and facilities under construction and pre-commissioning. - Minimum of three (3) years of direct work experience in QC inspection and testing related to welding in industrial projects (e.g., oil and gas production or petrochemical projects). - Previous experience or Aramco approval in piping projects is advantageous. - CBT (Certified Business Technician) pass exam is a plus. - Certifications: - Currently certified by one of the following: - AWS as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) - TWI CL as a CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector - An equivalent certification level and scheme approved by relevant authorities. - Skills &amp; Qualifications: - Demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards related to welding and testing requirements. - Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. - Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasks effectively.
