Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative - Banking Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves conducting financial transactions for customers, ensuring compliance with the bank's rules and service principles. The representative will also contribute to achieving sales referral targets to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Match cash balances on a daily basis and manage the cash sub-vault. 2. Receive and process cash deposits, withdrawals, and foreign deposits, including small change (coins). 3.
