Woodworking Factory Sales Manager

Job Description: Sales Representative - Wooden Products

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.

- Participate in marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services.

- Approach target customers in the market and influence them to apply our products to their needs.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Build the right sales representation for each target customer segment, including Engineering Consultancy firms, Manufacturers, and Retailers.

- Negotiate and prepare sales quotations and contracts.

3. Product Knowledge and Training:

- Provide product knowledge and training to retailers.

- Assist customers' sales staff in preparing technical and financial proposals, negotiating, and closing their deals to engage and sell our products.

4. Marketing and Awareness:

- Create customer awareness of our factory and other products and services to increase cross-selling opportunities.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.

6. Product Development:

- Participate in providing inputs that might lead to the development of new products, modification of existing products, and discontinuation of ineffective products.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in management or interior design.

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the woodworking industry.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

- Self-driven, result-oriented, innovative, and creative.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in presentations.

- Problem-solving ability.

- Very good command of the English language.
