Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Job Description:
We are searching for an accomplished Finance Manager, holding CMA and CFA certifications, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic financial management. Extensive experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing financial matters within a group of multiple entity structures is vital. Proficiency in job/project costing and adept bank relationship management skills are highly desired. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of our group of companies.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting Leadership: Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process for our group of companies, ensuring precision, alignment with strategic objectives, and efficient resource allocation.
Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis to offer insights into the financial performance of each entity within the group, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies and policies that contribute to achieving the organization's long-term financial goals.
Multi-Entity Financial Management: Manage the financial affairs of multiple entities within the group, ensuring financial compliance, efficient cash flow, and optimal resource utilization.
Job/Project Costing: Leverage proficiency in job and project costing to ensure precise cost allocation and monitor project profitability.
Bank Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary funding and resources for the organization's operations and growth.
Fund Flow Management: Oversee overall fund flow management, optimizing liquidity and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
Monthly Finance KPIs: Develop, monitor, and report on key financial performance indicators, offering insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
CMA and CFA certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance, with a strong background in leadership and strategic financial management.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial management within a group of multiple entity structures.
Proficiency in job/project costing.
