Job Title: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems, and components. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- System and Product Design: Design electrical systems and products based on client and project requirements.
- Calculation and Analysis: Perform calculations and analysis for electrical components and systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Prototype Development: Develop and test prototypes, overseeing the production process to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- System Evaluation: Evaluate existing electrical systems, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for potential projects to ensure economic viability.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering technology and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering design and development.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and simulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with power distribution systems, control systems, or renewable energy systems.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
