Job Title: HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems across various buildings and environments. The role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Design: Design heating, cooling, and ventilation systems tailored to the specific requirements of buildings or projects. This includes calculating heating and cooling loads, selecting appropriate equipment, and designing ductwork and piping systems.
- Installation Oversight: Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that they are installed according to design specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with contractors and construction professionals to ensure accurate and timely installation.
- Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests and inspections to verify that HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards. Participate in commissioning activities to ensure systems are set up and functioning as intended.
- Maintenance and Repair: Manage the ongoing maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot problems to maintain optimal system performance.
- Energy Efficiency and Sustainability: Focus on enhancing energy efficiency and promoting sustainable practices. Recommend energy-efficient equipment, implement renewable energy solutions, and suggest improvements to minimize environmental impact.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of design plans, installation procedures, maintenance schedules, and equipment specifications. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Codes and Standards: Stay current with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to HVAC systems. Ensure all designs and installations comply with these requirements.
- Client and Team Interaction: Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in building projects. Communicate clearly and work cooperatively to achieve project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- UAE-based candidates with relevant experience in HVAC engineering.
- Preference for candidates with a visit or canceled visa status.
