Fabricator - Butt Fusion Electro Fusion

Position Title: Fabricator - Butt Fusion Electro Fusion

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Fabrication of Piping Products:
- Understand and interpret drawings for the fabrication of HDPE, ECTFE, PVDF, PPH, PPR, PVC piping products using various methods, including Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion, Infra-Red Welding, Sidewall Fusion, Socket Fusion, Extrusion Welding, and Cementing.

2. Production Monitoring:
- Monitor and ensure effective output from machines, shop floor work locations, and fabricators.

3. Documentation:
- Maintain all production documentation accurately and timely.

4. Machine and Tool Safety:
- Ensure safe operations of machines, bandsaws, and other power tools.

5. Cutting and Preparation:
- Responsible for cutting all pipes, hollow bars, solid rods, and sheets to the required angle, length, and alignments.

6. On-Site Joint Work:
- Perform joint work on-site as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant fabrication work experience, preferably with plastic pipes and fittings in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in fabrication works within a plastic pipes and fittings environment.

- Skills:
- Ability to understand pipes and fittings specification drawings.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Good creative skills.
- Acceptable English verbal communication skills.
