Job Overview:

We are looking for highly presentable and professional Guest Experience Executives to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest's experience at the FBO terminal is smooth, memorable, and pleasant. Your friendly, professional demeanor will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Exceptional Service: Greet and assist guests and crew upon arrival at the FBO terminal, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
- Document Handling: Manage guest and crew documentation, including passports and customs requirements, with precision and attention to detail.
- Guest Requests: Attend to guest and crew requests promptly, such as seating arrangements within the terminal, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless planning and organization of guest services.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily reports, providing accurate and timely updates.
- Guest Feedback: Address guest feedback in a courteous and professional manner, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Flight Coordination: Compile and organize flight details for arriving passengers, ensuring smooth logistical planning for the following day.
- Passenger and Luggage Movement: Coordinate the efficient movement of passengers and luggage inside and outside the terminal.
- Event Assistance: Support during special events such as exhibitions, shows, and photoshoots when required.
- Collaboration with F&B: Coordinate with Butlers and the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent service, creating a truly memorable guest experience.
- Innovation & Improvement: Proactively identify and introduce new ideas to enhance guest experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Additional Duties: Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader and Line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Height: Between 170 cm and 180 cm.
- Appearance: Slim and very presentable.
- Language: Fluency in Russian is essential.
- Age: Candidates should be up to 27 years of age.
- Personality: Confident, approachable, and positive personality is crucial to success in this role.
