Job Title: HR Manager (UAE National)

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager (UAE National) with expertise in performance management, learning and development, and succession planning to join our dedicated HR team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's success by leading and overseeing various aspects of human resources. Your role includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and providing strategic HR guidance to support our employees' growth, development, and overall engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Development Programs: Design and implement cutting-edge Talent Development Programs for all levels, including leaders and high-potential talent.
Talent Mobility: Champion and support talent mobility, employee development, and retention initiatives.
Succession Planning: Develop, maintain, and lead a robust succession planning framework to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance management process, making continuous improvements as needed to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Learning and Development: Design, implement, and oversee learning and development programs to ensure continuous skill enhancement and career growth.
Positive Workplace Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing strategies to improve job satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall well-being.

Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience with a specific focus on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
Performance Management: Proven experience in designing and implementing effective performance management systems.
Learning and Development: Strong experience in creating learning and development methodologies and succession planning programs.
Talent Programs: Experience in designing and implementing talent programs.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with an ability to motivate, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
