Job Title: Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

- Customer Support:
- Address customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

- Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products to effectively assist and advise customers.

- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company reaches its target audience.

- Product Improvement:
- Inform product developers of potential product improvements and changes to meet current market needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the banking sector, is required.
