Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by offering menus, taking orders, and ensuring that customers' dining experiences are enjoyable. The waitress will also handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and assist in processing payments.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with menus and inform them about daily specials.

2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

3. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure they are prepared according to specifications.

4. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.

5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with both service and meals.

6. Address any complaints or concerns raised by patrons, ensuring a positive resolution.

7. Prepare bills and process customer payments accurately.

Requirements:

1. Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods.

2. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3. Friendly and approachable disposition.

4. Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
