Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining records, both physically and digitally, to support a robust audit chain for the logistics department. Daily tasks will involve copying, scanning, and organizing documents on the server according to pre-defined nomenclature. Additionally, you will conduct spot checks on the physical archive for historical projects.

Objectives:
- Physical/digital archiving, including printing and scanning logistics documents.
- Internal logistics spot-checking of procurement folders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the logistics department with administrative tasks such as printing and scanning logistics documents.
- Support the logistics team in handling the tender process.
- Prepare tender opening folders with all updated offers prior to the tender opening day.
- Support in handling the laptop tender inbox, prepare offers, BID Register, and manage questions.
- Maintain the Supplier Database for ACTED Syria.
- Register 100% of new orders on the Capital Order Form Follow-Up (OFFU) and record the progress of each procurement until the completed file is transferred to Finance for payment.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators:
- % success rate of daily tasks on time.
- % of tasks achieved in a timely manner.
- % of reports submitted in a timely manner.
- Number of folders prepared.

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Good writing and communication skills.
- At least 6 months’ work experience with an INGO in an emergency and/or development setting.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Publisher.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Hard-working and self-motivated candidate with demonstrated organizational skills.
- Systematic mindset, capable of breaking a large task down into achievable milestones.
- Understanding of file-sharing systems and Google online tools.

Salary:
ACTED proposed monthly salary is 717 JODs.
