Location:
Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar, towers over the city center and offers panoramic views of the city and sea. Situated in the exclusive West Bay area, our hotel is close to major government offices, corporate headquarters, and cultural attractions, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel. Your role involves promoting a positive work culture aligned with our core values.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants, maintaining inventory as needed.
- Attend daily meetings to receive special instructions and updates.
- Inspect cleaned areas using checklists to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Address immediate repairs and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle check-outs and fulfill special requests from guests efficiently.
- Promote a positive work culture by living the core values of the organization.

What We Need From You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proficiency in effective learning and development methods to train and develop team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with a result-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
