Position: BIM Modeler

Roles & Responsibilities:

- BIM Model Development:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components.
- Ensure all models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project specifications and standards.

- Coordination and Integration:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate and coordinate various design elements within the BIM environment.
- Resolve conflicts or discrepancies between different model components through effective coordination.

- Model Management:
- Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including design development, documentation, and construction phases.
- Organize model data to ensure it is accessible and effectively used for project deliverables.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required for project documentation and presentation.
- Maintain accurate records of model changes and revisions.

- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Implement best practices for model creation, data management, and quality control.

- Software Utilization:
- Utilize BIM software tools (such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.) proficiently to create and manage models.
- Stay current with BIM technology advancements and integrate new tools and techniques as applicable.

- Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to project team members on BIM software and processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues.

- Project Contribution:
- Contribute to project planning and coordination meetings by providing insights and updates on BIM-related aspects.
- Assist in preparing presentations and visualizations to communicate design intent and project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
