Job Description

Job Title: Operation Coordinator – Security Service Aviation

Roles & Responsibilities

- Goal Implementation: Support and participate in developing and implementing departmental goals and objectives.
- Daily Operations: Assist with daily activities of the Operations Center to ensure high response times and customer service.
- Record Keeping: Ensure records related to disciplinary actions and incident reports are accurately collated and referenced.
- Site Oversight: Oversee the site team's work to ensure client requirements are met.
- Safety Training: Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) at sites and ensure compliance by supervisors or senior supervisors.
- Procedure Maintenance: Support the implementation and maintenance of operational procedures.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining administrative procedures and policies in line with divisional requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Highlight issues, assist in rectifying them within specified timeframes, and liaise with SOC and contract management teams.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure compliance with expected standards at all times.
- SOC Interaction: Interface regularly with the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Performance Management: Support the management and control of operational areas, including auditing contract performance on site.
- Vehicle Standards: Maintain high standards while operating TGSS vehicles and adhere to UAE driving rules and regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Meet requests within agreed timescales and strive to exceed customer and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant field.
- Licensing: Must have a valid SIRA Supervisor license and a valid UAE Driving License.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Environment: Experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Client Relations: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and stakeholders effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, multitasking, problem-solving, and quick thinking.
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed with various specialized systems and MS Office Suite.
