About the Role:
As Carrier continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will support activities such as bids, trade shows, and customer relationship management, contributing to the enhancement of sales business development performance.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients for the business.

Client Outreach:
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our company and services.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services effectively.

Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.

Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and pipeline status.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business development concepts.
