Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Initiate all approvals according to the established process.
- Handle documentation and customer creation processes.
- Book jobs and issue Purchase Orders (PI).
- Release jobs, create Purchase Requests (PR), and process business-to-business (B2B) orders.
- Obtain delivery acknowledgment and provide updates to customers.
- Obtain delivery approval following the designated process.
- Prepare necessary documents for deliveries.
- Coordinate supervisor involvement for inspections and final commissioning.
- Obtain signed Delivery Orders (DO) and invoice the job.
- Update forecast files as needed.
Requirements:
- Emirati National.
- Basic knowledge of SAP system.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning.
- Must be based in Dubai.
