Job Description: Call Centre Agent (3-Month Project)

Position Title: Call Centre Agent

Employment Type: Temporary (3-Month Project)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients.

Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.

Upsell additional products or services whenever opportunities arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service experience

Applicants with sponsorship (family/freelance) visas will be considered
