Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, and your responsibilities will include:

Compiling and meticulously analyzing financial data from a range of sources, including the Trial Balance, to create comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each brand and country.

Thoroughly cross-referencing financial data with information from various departments to ensure data accuracy and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.

Diligently analyzing and interpreting variances between actual financial results and budget/projections, in addition to scrutinizing variances in comparison to the previous month and the previous year.

Developing dynamic rolling forecasts to provide clear visibility into future financial performance.

Offering strategic insights and recommendations related to critical financial areas, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, cost-saving measures, and more.

Skills:

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

Immediate availability for employment.

A strong track record in the Retail Industry.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or higher, coupled with a CA or CFA qualification.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
