Job Description

HR Executive
WTC, Dubai


Job Brief: We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR executive for our team . The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a 
strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws. The HR Executive will support various 
HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate 
selection.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Collect necessary documents from selected candidates to process VISA 
(including – Offer acceptance, Passport/EID copy, photo, etc.).
• Follow-up and coordinate for VISA, biometric, medical insurance, Emirates 
ID, and bank accounts opening. 
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues.
• Share the medical insurance card copies along with the updated network list with 
employees.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of performance reviews and appraisals.
• Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Support the development and implementation of career development plans.
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related 
matters.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
