Job description
Office Maintenance:
•    Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space, including common areas, meeting rooms, toilets, pantry, workstations and general cleaning.
•    Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, beverages, and other consumables.
•    Arrange and organize furniture and decor elements in alignment with the showroom's aesthetic standards.

Administrative Support:
•    Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and document organization.
•    Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information and materials within the showroom.

Guest Services:
•    Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
•    Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring meeting rooms are set up appropriately.

Courier and Mail Handling:
•    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
•    Prepare outgoing mail and packages for courier services.

Assistance to Staff:
•    Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks, including delivering documents or materials within the showroom.
•    Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for presentations or events.

Safety and Security:
•    Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
•    Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Beverage Preparation:
•    Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards.
•    Ensure the presentation of beverages aligns with the luxury and elegance of the showroom.

Customer Interaction:
•    Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation to create a personalized and inviting atmosphere.
•    Provide information about available coffee options and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

Hospitality and Service:
•    Anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional service, including offering water or other amenities.
•    Assist in creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for customers to enjoy their coffee.

Collaboration with Other Departments:
•    Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure seamless integration of coffee services with the overall customer experience.
•    Assist in organizing and facilitating events or promotions within the showroom.

Job Requirements
•    Excellent customer services
•    Good communication in English (any other language will be an added advantage)
•    Presentable personality
•    Willing to work on shift basis
•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same domain.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
