Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist - 6 months Contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Scan UAE and other Middle East markets for new business opportunities.
- Use lead generation and client education methodologies to engage with top-level management, introducing the organization, and explaining product features and availability.
- Conduct market landscaping to identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails, establishing rapport with key decision-makers.
- Utilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn for prospecting and building a social selling index.
- Qualification of Leads:
- Schedule initial sales meetings with prospects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services, presenting the company to potential clients.
- Customize product solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct demo presentations via Zoom or other web channels.
- Identify BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria for prospects.
- Liaising with Marketing & Sales Teams:
- Generate targeted, qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives on priority/chase accounts.
- Develop and implement new business strategies based on company size, industry, contact person's designation, client/prospect status, etc.
- Create and manage email campaigns for effective client outreach.
- Provide sales updates and responses received to the sales team/business partners via email.
- Plan and execute strategic actions to secure key meetings with prospects.
- Report and forecast individual sales activities and metrics using CRM systems.
- Track and report leads from marketing campaigns.
- Competition/Reporting:
- Stay updated on new accounts and business activities through LinkedIn evaluation.
- Monitor movements of IT leaders and activities of competitors.
- Track competition, analyze trends, and optimize performance based on insights.
- Monitor new product launches by competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Patient and adept at handling customer rejection.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High social selling index and proficiency in social media tools.
- Commercial acumen and business orientation.
- Team player with a self-starter mentality.
- High customer orientation and ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong market research and analysis skills.
