LC (Letter of Credit) Executive

Job Description: LC Executive

Responsibilities:

Letter of Credit Management:

- Verify and review the contents of Letters of Credit (LC) issued by the designated banks (DBs).
- Ensure compliance with LC terms and conditions.
- Liaise with banks and stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in LC documents.

Shipping Documentation:

- Prepare accurate and timely shipping documents for construction and mining equipment destined for designated banks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless document preparation.

Import Documentation:

- Facilitate the preparation of documents required for importing construction and mining equipment.
- Collaborate with customs and logistics teams to ensure compliance with import regulations.

Order Processing:

- Input and register orders received from designated banks into the system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Marketing Support:

- Provide general marketing support to the sales and marketing team.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Skills:

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment or a related industry is advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, persistence, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant field.
