Job Description:

1. Plant Operations:
- Oversee plant operations and devise production plans aligned with business objectives.

2. Resource Management:
- Ensure the availability of necessary manpower, materials, and machinery for production.

3. Safety Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with safety and international standards.

4. Stock Monitoring:
- Monitor stock, ensuring safe and sufficient storage space for ongoing production.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of all products produced in the plant.

6. QHSE Policies:
- Develop, maintain, update, and implement QHSE Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Specifications, Standards, and Procedures.

7. Dispatch Management:
- Ensure timely or priority dispatch of finished goods according to the plan.

8. Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain relationships with local authorities, suppliers, vendors, and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- 35 years old and below.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with contract management, schedule and cost controls, Quality Management System, and HSE practices.
