Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring and retaining clients, conducting market research, and delivering persuasive sales presentations. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising and marketing sectors and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and marketing sectors.

- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Use market insights to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

- Proposal & Presentation Development:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Customize advertising solutions to meet client objectives and budgets.

- Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure clear communication of contract terms and service expectations with clients and internal teams.

- Sales Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, production, and event management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the advertising, marketing, or related industries.

- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Skills:
- In-depth understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
