Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Client Identification: Identify potential clients and generate leads through research and networking. Explore new business opportunities by researching organizations and individuals.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and requests promptly. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

- Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and provide quotations to clients, follow up on proposals, and engage in discussions and negotiations. Maintain awareness of competitors to strategically position our offerings.

- Project Coordination: Focus on mega projects, building relationships with key stakeholders at project sites. Manage the submission of TSS in vendor lists and ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.

- Commercial Management: Handle commercial matters including contracts, payments, and collections, ensuring smooth financial transactions and adherence to agreed terms.

- Technical Coordination: Submit drawings and submittals for client approval. Coordinate with the technical department following receipt of advance payments, and oversee supply and installation processes, ensuring alignment between the signage department and clients.

- Invoicing & Reporting: Issue invoices based on reports from the operations and installation department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored signage solutions. Aim to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 0 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field. Experience in project management is preferred.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
