Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (PPE Industry)
Experience Required: 1 - 4 Years
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)
Nationality: Any GCC National

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and presentable Sales Executives with experience in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry, preferably within the GCC. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to engage in professional sales conversations, and be comfortable with outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outdoor Sales Activities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities within the PPE sector.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the PPE industry.

- Product Promotion:
- Promote and sell PPE products effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Reporting and Documentation:
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.

- Customer Communication:
- Engage in professional email communication and manage customer inquiries promptly.

- Sales Strategy Development:
- Provide resourceful sales strategies that adapt to market trends and customer needs.

- Social Media Utilization:
- Leverage social media for networking and sales promotion (an added advantage).

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Market Awareness:
- Maintain awareness of market competitors and effectively position the company’s products.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Graduate degree; UAE education is an added advantage.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the PPE industry.
- Prior experience within the GCC, especially in the UAE, is highly preferred.
- Experience with competitors in the safety industry is an added advantage.

- Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP software is a plus.
- Strong emailing capabilities with clear communication skills in sales conversations.
- Active on social media with influence in relevant networks (an added advantage).

- Personal Attributes:
- Presentable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age: 25-35 years.
- Resourceful and capable of working independently.

Requirements:

- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to work in outdoor sales.
- Knowledge of the PPE market and competitors.
