Position Title: Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to develop and execute tailored SEO strategies within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversions for American Hospital Dubai. This role involves conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing website content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored for the healthcare sector to increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis aligned with healthcare trends and user intent.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and service descriptions, following SEO best practices and industry-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
- Perform regular SEO audits, monitor performance metrics, and generate insightful reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Implement technical SEO enhancements, such as site structure improvements, schema markup, and mobile optimization, to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to gather data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Professional Experience:

- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in SEO, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and knowledge of keyword research methodologies, on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of implementing SEO strategies and campaigns that drove measurable results in organic traffic and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple healthcare clients/projects simultaneously, with experience working in an agency setting.
