Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Security Solutions Engineer - Pre Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborative Development:
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to gather customer requirements and design effective security solutions.

- Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security solutions.

- Solution Design:
- Architect and design security solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Proposal Creation:
- Assist in preparing proposals and technical documentation for potential clients to facilitate the sales process.

- Technical Advisory:
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert to the sales team during customer engagements, addressing technical questions and concerns.

- Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and industry standards to provide clients with the best solutions.

- Post-Sales Support:
- Assist in post-sales activities, including solution implementation and ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and other security technologies.

- Team Player:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
