Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy and Design:
1. Responsible for the full 360° lifecycle of Blue Collar labor across Technical, General, Skilled, and Operator categories across the organization.
2. Serve as the departmental point of contact for all agency liability cases related to separations, ensuring accurate recording, verification, and resolution.

Implementation:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle to meet staffing goals across multiple business units.
2. Coordinate and source candidates effectively from overseas countries, maintaining ethical and professional relationships with recruitment partners.
3. Support Heads of Departments in recruiting skilled and unskilled manpower.
4. Ensure timely receipt of candidate documents post-selection and coordinate recruitment trips as per company policies.

Operations:
1. Review, manage, and liaise with Recruitment Partners to ensure compliance and ethical recruitment practices are maintained.
2. Record all assigned deployments through company systems and maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with recruitment guidelines.
3. Coordinate visa issuance in accordance with company requirements.
4. Ensure accurate and updated data management by your team on the company SharePoint system.

Compliance:
1. Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical recruitment practices during all deployments.
2. Monitor and ensure a 100% success rate in the pre and post onboarding process across the team.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Implement company safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Dulsco integrated management system.
2. Fulfill duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in technical recruitment for Blue Collar labor categories.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and recruitment partners.
- Proficiency in documentation and data management systems.
