Job Title: Retail Promoter - Electronics & Appliances

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales and Customer Service:
- Engage with customers to demonstrate electronics and appliances.
- Provide detailed information about products and features.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain and update knowledge of products, specifications, features, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.

- Merchandising and Display:
- Organize and display products effectively to attract customers.
- Set up promotional displays and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.

- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate sales records.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports for management review.

- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales objectives.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Provide feedback for process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales of home appliances, SDA (Small Domestic Appliances), or electronics.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
