Job Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor


Role and Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of workshop staff using the company's maintenance system.
- Assisting in pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and parts ordering.
- Planning and distributing workshop workload effectively.
- Increasing utilization, efficiency, and productivity through quality control and on-the-job training.
- Conducting vehicle reception inspections and PDIs, filling out necessary forms.
- Assisting in planning and streamlining process flows in the workshop.
- Directing buses to relevant sections/modules and noting any maintenance lapses.
- Receiving quality control reports and addressing improvement areas.
- Monitoring work-in-progress reports and identifying bottlenecks.
- Tracking warranty cases, repeated repairs, and product quality.
- Ensuring optimal manpower resources and maintaining a positive workshop environment.
- Responding to client breakdown calls and deploying service teams promptly.
- Assigning work to the workforce, updating market technical developments, and mentoring subordinates.
- Conducting in-process quality checks and preparing technical reports periodically.
- Ensuring safe working practices and handling technical inquiries.
- Closing job cards promptly after bus delivery and supporting parts stock order and replenishment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in processes and services.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Automotive.
- 2-5 years of experience in the automotive maintenance field.
- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft products.
- Good time-management skills.
