Job Opportunity: FP&A Manager

**Responsibilities:**

- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, for management review.

- Budget and Forecasting:
- Lead the budget and forecast preparation process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.

- Feasibility Studies and Bids:
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and prepare commercial bids to support business development initiatives.

- Audited Financials:
- Coordinate the finalization of audited financials, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

- Monthly Closing Review:
- Oversee the monthly closing review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Cash Flow Management:
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor cash positions, and implement effective cash management strategies.

- Financial Modeling:
- Prepare detailed multi-year financial models, considering various scenarios and business drivers.

**Requirements:**

- Professional Qualification:
- Relevant professional qualification ( ACA, CPA, CMA) is required.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Standards Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA standards, with the ability to apply them effectively.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.

- Audit Exposure:
- Prior exposure to an audit firm is advantageous, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial controls and reporting requirements.

- Financial Planning Experience:
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with a track record of driving operational and financial improvements.

- Software Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with power tools like Power BI and Power Query is a plus.

- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
