Job Description: Customer Service Supervisor - Riyadh

Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: 5 days per week

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
2. Implement quality assurance programs to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to customer service standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
4. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, demonstrating empathy, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:
1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
2. We require at least 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, showcasing strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, as the successful candidate will be expected to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
4. We are seeking a customer service supervisor with a track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role, showcasing excellent team management skills.
