Position Type: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a vital role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the call center environment. Your responsibilities will include the development of training materials, delivery of training programs, and collaboration with team leaders to enhance agents' communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Assistance:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration into the call center environment.

2. Training Material Development:
- Contribute to the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

3. Training Program Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on improving call center agents' communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Gap Identification:
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training gaps and design targeted interventions for improvement.

5. Process Enhancement:
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancements.

6. Training Sessions:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to both new and existing call center agents, emphasizing customer service excellence and efficient call handling techniques.

Skills Required:

1. Experience:
- Proven experience as a call center trainer or in a similar training role.

2. Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of call center operations, including call handling, escalation procedures, and quality assurance.

3. Presentation Skills:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to deliver engaging training sessions.

4. Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field.

5. Experience Level:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a call center trainer or in a similar role.
