Job Title: Specialist Pediatrician

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Specialist Pediatrician, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Attend to patients within the age range from birth to the 14th birthday, addressing cases of varying complexity, adhering to approved standards of pediatric medicine.
- Conduct medical assessments and examinations in accordance with established medical ethical and legal guidelines governing pediatric practice.
- Perform duties in the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic, conducting daily evaluations of patients.
- Conduct general and specialized examinations and procedures encompassing the full spectrum of pediatric care.
- Order laboratory examinations and diagnostic imaging studies, formulate diagnoses, and prescribe necessary nursing and dietary care.
- Recommend and implement preventive measures as appropriate for pediatric patients.
- Serve as a pediatric specialist, offering consultative services to other medical staff and providing technical assistance in pediatric cases.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric medicine by reviewing journals, texts, and periodicals.
- Participate in scheduled in-service training programs and Physicians' Conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to waste management procedures and policies to ensure safe disposal of medical waste.
- Attend infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems to ensure personal and patient safety.

- Holds a medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics.
