Position: Facilities Supervisor Purpose: Under the general guidance of the Facilities Manager, this position provides supervision for staff responsible for repairs and maintenance of the facility, including port buildings, camp structures, electro-mechanical installations, and other facilities. The Facilities Supervisor is expected to develop and implement utility plans, conduct system evaluations, and establish operational efficiency. CX Consultant

Position: Equipment Maintenance Technician Purpose: The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in the workshop, crane, and RTG sections. This includes troubleshooting and diagnostics of cranes (STS and RTG) as well as heavy and light terminal equipment. The role ensures the proper functioning of container handling equipment through maintenance, breakdown services, and remedial works, particularly in electrical aspects. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Perform maintenance, breakdown services, and remedial works (electrical) on container handling equipment. 2. Conduct maintenance and repair services for container handling gantry cranes and rubber tyred gantry cranes. 3. Report emergency work promptly to the first technician and/or Foreman. 4. Carry out electrical/electronic maintenance repairs, fault findings, and monitoring. 5. Submit routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports. 6. Position: Mechanical Technician - Port Equipment Education: - High school diploma or higher. - Additional vocational/technical training in both mechanical and hydraulic fields in any heavy industries. - Specific technical knowledge of maintenance and repair of quay cranes, rubber-tired gantry cranes. Experience: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Port/heavy industry as a mechanical technician in Cranes, Steel industry, ship repair yard, or other large industrial companies. - Specific technical knowledge in the maintenance and repair of quay cranes, rubber-tired gantry cranes, and spreaders. - Experience in Diesel engine overhauling, troubleshooting, and maintenance. - Experience in Hydraulic systems overhauling, troubleshooting, and maintenance. - Experience in Gearbox overhauling and diagnosis. - Experience in replacing/repairing/adjusting major mechanical/hydraulic parts such as brakes, wire-ropes, trolley, gantry wheels, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, couplings, etc. - Hands-on experience on major mechanical overhauls for at least 2 years. - Ability to respond to emergency breakdowns and repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and service. - Basic electrical/electronic knowledge. Skills: - Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical and electronic diagrams. - Ability to interpret Hydraulic circuit diagrams. - Understanding of basic safety job requirements. - Good interpersonal skills. - Ability to exercise good judgment to set priorities. - Bahraini driver’s license with a good driving record.
