Job Title: R&M Specialist - Wireline

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced R&M Specialist for our Wireline operations. This intermediate-level position involves developing and implementing reliability-based maintenance strategies, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance for product line equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining field equipment and tools, primarily at the workshop, with occasional field assignments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance & Repair:
- Assist in developing reliability-based maintenance strategies for product line equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools.
- Service and re-certify Pressure Control Equipment, including RAM BOPs, Annular BOPs, BOP Control Units, and Choke and Kill Manifolds.
- Perform full strip-down, visual inspection, assembly, and testing of thru tubing downhole motors and mechanical packers.

- Field Operations:
- Install systems and equipment on-site, and perform ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Provide technical instruction and assistance to customers regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance.

- Workshop Duties:
- Check equipment in from the field, noting serial/asset numbers, and unload equipment from shipping containers.
- Ensure 3rd party rental equipment is identified and returned promptly.
- Coordinate with internal and 3rd party services for thread inspections.
- Prepare equipment load-outs and kitting for field operations.
- Move equipment and parts using forklifts or overhead cranes and transport via company vehicle.

- Documentation & Compliance:
- Create and maintain accurate working instructions for all thru tubing products.
- Understand and comply with Weatherford Quality Policy, Technical Manuals, and Workplace Instructions.
- Comply with all safety rules and company policies.

- Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee and train workshop technicians in thru tubing maintenance and repair procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with Pressure Control Equipment and hydraulic schematics is preferred.

- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college degree preferred.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Ability to understand and work with hydraulic schematics.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in wireline equipment.
- Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing).

- Ability to comply with safety and quality standards.
