Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Operations Executive

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Operations Executive will support and monitor express operations to ensure efficient workflow, develop process maps, and design shipment cycles. This role involves improving operational processes, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various teams to optimize business operations and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Support and Monitoring:
- Support and monitor express operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
- Follow up on inbound and outbound operations to adhere to standard procedures and quality service standards.

- Process Design and Improvement:
- Draw process maps for GDA partners and franchisees across the network.
- Define clear SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each process.
- Design end-to-end shipment cycles with new agents and conduct system training and express awareness as part of onboarding.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Review and improve the operations dashboard to automate periodic reports.
- Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions.
- Apply statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and quality control methods to identify and address shipment cycle pain points.

- Cost and Revenue Management:
- Conduct rate studies, analysis, and negotiate better pricing offers based on business needs.
- Work closely with accounting and pricing teams to identify billing issues, recognize revenue leakages, and conduct cost simulations and profitability studies.

- Product and Service Development:
- Develop new products and services that meet market needs and generate new revenue streams.

- SOP Design:
- Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to control the overall shipment life cycle.

Experience and Education:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations.

Required Skills:

- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
- Preferable knowledge of Excel Macros and Microsoft Access.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Critical and strategic thinking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

- Communication and Coordination:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical writing skills.

- Work Ethic and Traits:
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn with a self-motivated attitude.
