Job Opportunity: Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing CO Master Data and overseeing processes related to Controlling Module Activities. Your responsibilities include updating the business analysis model design/master data/allocations to align with actual business requirements. Ensuring the accuracy of Profit Center, Cost Center, and Internal Order design is crucial, fulfilling business needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the efficiency of operations by running monthly reports, optimizing profitability, supporting product managers in decision-making, and developing customized reports based on business units' needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Manage CO Master Data and Controlling Module Activities.
- Update business analysis model design/master data/allocations to reflect actual business needs.
- Ensure Profit Center, Cost Center, and Internal Order design accuracy to meet business requirements.
- Create and update validations and checks on data to ensure accuracy.
- Keep Assessment cycle activities up to date.
- Provide management with analysis and visibility per client, product, and deliver recommendations for profitability maximization.
- Run monthly reports to measure financial performance in terms of customers and products.
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives on team, business unit, or operation level.
- Optimize profitability per team and per client.
- Support product managers in decision-making related to pricing.
- Provide customized reports based on business units' needs.
- Support operations in managing resources for optimal capacity utilization.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Preferable experience in SAP.
