- Respond to data entry inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Proficient in typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with data entry and database software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
