Digital Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will create engaging content, coordinate social media campaigns, and analyze digital performance metrics. Key responsibilities include optimizing online advertising strategies, improving website traffic and conversion rates, and staying abreast of industry trends. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content for digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automate workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
- Report on digital marketing performance to senior management and provide recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content development.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
