Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. This role involves using various digital marketing channels to reach target audiences, generate leads, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Management:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Create, optimize, and manage digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials that align with marketing goals.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, current trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to enhance online presence and drive organic traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and overall user experience for search engines to improve rankings and visibility.
- Content & Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers to foster brand loyalty.
- Create and schedule content that resonates with the target audience and supports overall marketing objectives.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign successes, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
